Childcare
Please note that no official arrangements have been made for childcare during the Symposium. Please check with your hotel as they should be able to assist you with child minding services. Alternatively, there are a number of childcare options available within the City of Melbourne.
Climate
With May being the third month of autumn, it is an appreciably cooler month. A full range of weather may be experienced within a few days, from warm, calm and sunny to cold, windy and showery. There are several cloudy to overcast days – so it is advisable to dress for “four seasons in one day”! Temperatures generally range between 15-25 degrees Celsius or 60-77 degrees Fahrenheit. Messages
Messages for delegates attending the Symposium can be left with staff at the Registration & Information Desk. Messages will be posted to an adjoining Message Board and it will be the responsibility of delegates attending the Symposium to check for messages on a regular basis. Messages cannot be personally delivered.
Privacy Statement
Information gathered from registration and other symposium forms will be used to administer the symposium including accommodation, catering, transport and sponsorship. Data obtained will remain the property of WALDRONSMITH Management and APEMC 2013.

Registration and Information Desk
The Registration and Information Desk will be located in the Betty Cuthbert Lounge, Level 2 of the Olympic Stand at the MCG. Enter the Melbourne Cricket Ground through Gate 3 near light tower 1. Take the lift/escalator to Level 2.
Special Needs
Dietary
Every effort will be made to accommodate people with special dietary requirements however advanced notification may be required. Given this, please indicate special dietary requirements at the time of registration.
Mobility, Vision, Hearing or Other Impairments
Again, every effort will be made to accommodate people with mobility, vision, hearing or other impairments. If you have specific needs or require information, please indicate this at the time of registration. Please note, Travellers Aid offers travel and support services to people in Melbourne with mobility, vision, etc impairments. In addition, the City of Melbourne has produced a vast array of resources to assist people during their stay in Melbourne.
Visa Information
(International Only)
With the exception of New Zealand citizens traveling on New Zealand passports, all foreign nationals must obtain a Visa/ETA before traveling to Australia. New Zealand citizens are issued with a Visa on arrival in Australia.
