BETTY CUTHBERT LOUNGE
Named after the incomparable Betty Cuthbert, Australia’s “Golden Girl” The Betty Cuthbert Lounge is an excellent space for use as a Welcome Reception function. The Betty Cuthbert lounge features a central oval bar, and offers views overlooking the MCG arena. The Betty Cuthbert Lounge features images of the then unknown 18-year-old runner, the first Australian athlete to win Olympic gold on Australian soil.
There is a statue of Betty Cuthbert immediately outside the Gate 3 Entry to the MCG

ZINC at Federation Square
The social highlight of the Symposium is the Dinner, an event not to be missed! Zinc at Federation Square has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Yarra River showcasing breathtaking views of the sparkling city landscape to the elegantly lit Arts Centre spire and Princes bridge, creating a unique Melbourne atmosphere.
