On behalf of the Organising Committee for the 2013 Asia-Pacific International Symposium and Exhibition on EMC we thank you for your valued participation. The following information is provided to assist with your planning and preparation for the Symposium.
Exhibitor Briefing Notes
The official Exhibitor Briefing Notes will be made available approximately eight weeks prior to the Symposium. The Briefing Notes provide details on the procedures for exhibition participation and include all suppliers’ order forms. It is vital that you read the Exhibitor Briefing Notes carefully to ensure you have a smooth entry into the venue and that your investment is maximised.
Exhibition Entitlements
Shell Scheme Exhibition Booth
Exhibitors are entitled to the following benefits and features:
-2.0m x 3.0m booth space, 2.4m high
-Shell scheme booth: White syma and side walls, company fascia signage (maximum 30 characters)
-two 120w spotlights and one 4 amp general purpose outlet
-Company name, website address and booth location will be listed on the Symposium website.
-Two satchels per booth containing all Symposium materials
-Exhibitor registration for two organisation representatives. This includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch (Tuesday 21 May 2013 to Thursday 23 May 2013), Welcome Reception and Symposium Dinner.
Raw Space Booths
For those organisations that would like to use a custom built stand a “Raw Space” is available for purchase. Raw Space does not include walls, fascia signage, furniture or electricity (electricity and furniture can be purchased at an additional cost). Raw Space is ideal for organisations that have a custom built portable stand or who would like to showcase their products in a unique way.
Should you wish to provide your own booth design or pre-fabricated booth module/custom built stand in your allocated area you must submit fully dimensioned design plans to WALDRONSMITH Management before Monday 08 April 2013.

Staff Registration
All staff must be registered to attend the 2013 Asia-Pacific International Symposium and Exhibition on EMC. Please refer to your confirmation email for details regarding your complimentary registration/s.
Online registration for staff attending the Symposium will be opening soon.
Payment & Deadlines
To fully confirm your sponsorship package and/or exhibition space, 50% deposit is required upon booking or within 14 days of receipt of your tax invoice. Your booking will only be fully processed and secured upon receipt of this deposit by the Symposium office. The balance of payment is required by Friday 01 March 2013.
Cancellation
If you cancel a sponsorship or exhibition booths/s, unless that particular area sponsorship or exhibition space is resold, the Organiser reserves the right to retain monies received. If the space or sponsorship item is fully resold a penalty payment of up to $500 will apply; refund monies can only be paid post conference. All cancellations must be received in writing to the Organisers office; cancellations received on or after 20 March, 2013 are 100% forfeit and thus no refunds can be given.
If the balance of payment on any sponsorship package and or booth space is not received by the due date, the allocated Sponsorship or Exhibition booth/s will be cancelled.
